You retain ownership of all data you upload to Mixed CRM. We do not claim ownership of your customer data, property listings, or business information. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All Mixed CRM software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Mixed CRM and protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide reasonable notice when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mixed CRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits or data loss.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Mixed CRM will cease, and you may request export of your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
